Jose Luis Palacios Sr. started Las Casitas in 1992 as an addition to Palacios Builders.  Through much trials and tribulation he has built a reputable long lasting company that has edured the test of time, (much like our buildings!).  We have grown from our original location in San Juan to five locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley!
